Subscription? Don’t bother.

So, maybe I don’t understand how this works, but I paid for a subscription 6 months ago. There are no remotely new digital magazines available, no app as advertised, and I didn’t receive the one old hardcopy I ordered. Reaching out to CXMagazine staff for a refund doesn’t work. Apparently they don’t reply to their own local Better Business Bureau either. I guess they use the money for their own travel and race fees or personal expenses? I just hope some true professionals in a publishing company start a legit cyclocross magazine, the cyclocross community deserves it.
