Anyone ever bought that custom barrier mesh fencing like snow fence? Any sources?

I am going to put on three races this year in Bend Or. Could use some free course tape. hint hint Andrew.

How about construction cones, anyone know a good place to get some? I think we use like 200 @ surf city and are thinking about buying some this year instead of the beg/borrow?
