Lover of all things Cyclocross! Currently race as a Cat 2 racer for Rockstar Games/Signature Cycling in the MidAtlantic/New England region. Love reading about cyclocross, sports medicine/nutrition, and anything about cycling in general.

I'm an Elite Amateur triathlete in my spare time, race road and track, do off road (and occasional on road) running races, and dabble in mountain biking as well. If it has 2 wheels or involves mud, I'm probably into it.
