    Booksy - you mentioned in the Nashville discussion that you ride in Charlotte Park. You ever get over to Two Rivers? There as a great sand pit and a couple pretty good little hills. It's not grass crit-like, and is great training. I'm probably going to run over there tomorrow (Sunday) morning if you get a few laps in.

    I did something to my shoulder last night, probably strained my trapezius (again...). It's got a mighty burning/spasm thing going on. I will likely not make it out there. Hope you get a chance to ride it, it's one of my favorite places to train. You will be able to look at the park from the top of the hill and figure a good training loop. Sorry I can't make it - I want to try and heal up for Chickasaw next weekend.
