The bearings are sealed cartridge so there's no repacking of them just replacing them. When I have 2mins to take a very muddy bike and have it clean and lubed for Katie bearings are the last thing on my mind.
The water pressure is high enough you don't want to put your hand infront of the sprayer unless you like pain.

With that kind of pressure, how does a mechanic avoid repacking bearings after every race? Looks like it could take paint off the frame.
