I don't really ride drops at all anymore, and the FU2-Bar from Misfit Psycles has pretty much saved my back.
Next up this year: a pink seat post.
Next year, maybe, if budget allows: build new wheels around a set of Chris King Pretty & Strong [pink] hubs.
