Profile Information

About Me:
Some people train so they can race; I raced so I could train, so the all-important workout didn't get shoved to the back burner so easily. Nothing inspires like knowing you're going to get your butt kicked in the next race if you don't train. The fact that I get my butt kicked anyway is completely beside the point. I also work for Stan's NoTubes.

Bob - I have family on Lake Wesauking in Towanda and usually ride thru Sayre on a training loop. Maybe next time I am up there you can show me some of the local loops?
