I actually still have the Grammo Tubolari wheelset and am currently racing the front wheel on my single speed. I used the rear on and off last season without the need to true it at all, but with testing other wheelsets, I don't ride the rear regularly   The caveat is that I only weigh 155 pounds, but with the stout build (rim weight is likely not that light given the total wheelset weight) it should hold up OK.. Also , the comment by gfactor also is testament to the durability.  For the price, I don't think you'll fo wrong.  Just know 24 and 28 spokes (f/r respectively) for your weight is not the absolute ideal, but as a race day wheelset, it's a great way to "upgrade" to tubulars.
