Captain at Team CCR(Cahaba Cycles Racers) I just started racing 5 years ago and am completely addicted to cyclocross. I have passed that love onto my kids and you can catch them pretending to be Katie Compton, Tim Johnson, Ryan Trebon, Barry Wicks, and J-Pows on any night of the week that they are in the front yard on their bikes.

Favorite thing about cyclocross:

The pain. The beer. The cowbells. The heckling. It's fan and family friendly. The camaraderie with the other riders. It's not stuffy like road racing. It has a great vibe and most of all it's FUN!
