No worries Russ. I also have a Crux and you will definitely enjoy yours too!

Russ, the cheapest Crux is the E5 Sora, lists for $1500. Unless you're getting a really good deal on it (from work?), or getting a better model, my Jamis is cheaper and everything on it is far better from the tires up. The Crux has 9sp Sora components, OEM wheels, cockpit, etc. My Jamis has 10sp Rival, EC90X fork, carbon seatstays, Easton wheels, Ritchey cockpit, Vittoria tires. It really is like new. This is the better deal for both of us! :)

Hi Russ,

I hear you. In fact, I'll lower the price to $900 + shipping (FSA Gossamer crank + seat post will run you $150). You won't find a better bike for this price. It weighs in at 17# and it's solid. I've had this bike for 3 yrs and it hasn't skipped a beat. As a bike mechanic, I can attest to buying quality components.
