About Me:

i am 68 yrs of age & went thru a triple bypass operation 3 yrs ago, after which i began to bike again after a hiatus of 30 yrs. i had no knowledge of cyclocross, but wanted a bike that could ride maintained cross-country trails as well as on road.
my son was able to get me a 2008 xo2 at half price. i ride locally &am still in the process of building capacity. have not been to a cycle cross event but would eventually like to ride in one, for the experience if not competitively.
