<p>There are likely local clinics put on by shops or teams that would help you understand the necessary skills. There are also a ton of online and hardcopy materials (including this Magazine) to help you. Really the best way to get it, in my opinion, is to go out there and do it. I learn something new every race, good, bad, or ugly. </p>
