I was reading through your training plans you published through Cyclocross Magazine. I was wondering how would you advise one of your athletes to change their build week when racing two times on the weekend?
I'm "enjoying" your pre-season training plan and had a question about your philosophy on rest/recovery between intervals. Do you think I should use a timed rest period (10min MSS, 5min recovery, 10min MSS....) or a HR recovery into Zone 1 or 2 (10min MSS, ride 'til HR falls to Zone-x, 10min MSS...)
