FMB sidewall gummy

After a month my new FMB's have a gummy/sticky sidewall. I only use a mild soap to wash my bike. How do I get this stuff off so I can recoat it with a better sealant? I know I am not the only one with this issue, at this point I would just like to know how to safely remove the origianl stuff?See More

Achilles tendon pain

Has anyone experienced Achilles tendon pain from cyclocross? It is now July and I am still experiencing pain in the right foot which I believe is from repeated dismounts from last years cross season. Anyone have a solution? Ice, rest, a cast. All the doctor did was give me some stretching exercises which may have helped a little.ThanksSee More
