They were Ritchey Comps. The tires have a pretty small file tread, and I was probably running them too firm. I fell a lot my first two races (this was my second) and then switched to Michellin Mud2s and it was like going from night to day. I picked up a used tubular wheelset this year with some Tufo Flexus tires that I'm going to try out this year as well.

that is a cool video. curious what tires and pressure you were using? still in my tire review mode...

Well, i was the star talent and not the director of photography. The guy that took the video (youtube username "dsgnwrkscg") said:
Camera is a Samsung SC-X300L. Comes with an easily mountable external bullet cam. So the bullet cam is mounted on the left chainstay just behind the rear dropout.

I'll go ahead and post a link to the full video as well. It's pretty cool watching people go over the barriers and stuff.

Interesting view! Can you comment on the technical details of the camera setup? For example, what kind of camera/recorder was used and how it was mounted on the bike.
