Looking for a quality, easy to install/remove rear fender to run on my  CX bike for training/gravel/winter rides here in MN.  Anyone have an opinion on which one is best?  Appreciate the input.

Thank you.

i live in Mn and i can't stand fenders, i commute too....do you really want to listen to the gravel hitting that thing and then rubbing when it fills with frozen slush. maybe i am in the minority. i did have good luck with something from club roost, are they still around?

I'm with you on the noise, but some of the guys I ride with seem to feel it's an etiquette thing to run a rear fender so I don't want to offend anyone.  I'd probably pull it off when riding alone and add for the group rides.  Thought I'd go see what Angry Catfish suggests too.   As long as you're in MN, thought I'd ask if you know of any shop or club that puts on CX clinics?  I'm an old road guy and would like to learn CX properly.  Thanks!
tuesday night races at aquila pk  in st. louis pk, freewheel was doing something on thursday nights, look for a guy on an orange single speed and i'll give you a clinic at wirth park CX race on 9 October....i'm generally unpleasant, but i've been racing CX since the early 90's. it's yr call. get a look at the MCF calender or just hang out at 'behind bars' in NE mpls, stuff going on every weekend within driving distance of mpls.
here's a similar design from PDW http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=3294...   this is no way an endorsement or a review of the product, unless someone is fronting me a free pair of fenders
SKS has a mtn. bike rear fender that gets rid of that skunk stripe. super cool, super easy. everyone is the nw runs them for warm up laps.
Thank you both
Big fan of the SKS Race Blade or the Planet Bike fender that is very similar. Both work well, easy to take on and off. Also you won't clip them swinging a leg over. I break a seatpost mounted fender every year doing that.
