Description

Our famous Steeple-X frame underwent a major makeover and came out reborned. New Hydro-Nerv formed top tube and internal brake cable routing for easy shouldering make the Steeple, once again, a clear favorite among cyclocross riders.

A new generation of cyclocross geometry with lower center of gravity allows better handling and increases stability. A more upright position allows easier hip clearance, which turns into a more powerful pedal stroke. The oversized Press Fit bottom bracket garantees a maximal power transfer. 

A stiff and light carbon fork for unprecedented steering and added comfort. 

Technology

Steeple-X frame a race-ready frame: built to maximize efficiency featuring Hydro-Nerv formed top tube with internal brake cable for easy shouldering, a bi-directional down tube that allows for an easy grip while assuring maximum BB stiffness. 1.5 OS head tube for superior stiffness and strength. Press fit oversize 86-mm BB that allows for wider chainstays spacing to improve mud clearance and power transfer

Cyclocross performance geometry: new generation cyclo-cross geometry that lowers the center of gravity for better handling and increases stability, a tighter top tube allows for a more upright position that opens up hip angle for a more powerful pedal, longer chainstay enables the rider to take up a better position in the middle of the frame improving traction

UNIT Cross OS fork: stiff and light carbon monocoque construction with ample mud clearance, 1.5 OS steerer increasing rigidity for unprecedented steering precision and help reduce chatter during hard braking

Ultegra wheelset: sturdy and reliable hand-built wheel set, both Clincher and Road Tubeless compatible to provide ease of maintenance and incredible traction

Cyclocross specific components: Ultegra dual tap shift lever for improved ergonomics, Dura-Ace rear derailleur with sturdier cold-forged construction, lightweight TRP Euro-X brake for incredible stopping power and mud clearance, and FSA hollow forged energy crank with cross-compact gearing
