Anyone want to rent me a CX bike for Sea Otter?
I know, I'm going way out on a limb here. I'm heading from Vancouver BC to Monterray to race Sea Otter April 18 - 22. I'm registered in 3 road races but would really like to race cycclocross as well. Problem is, I can't manage to get my cross bike there with airline fees and some logistical issues.
Is there anyone going to Sea Otter that would like to rent me their Cross bike (approx a 54") for the race? The race is on Sat April 21st at 4:10pm (Masters CAT4). My legs will be toast after the Carmel Valley fondo that morning but, I want to cx race so bad!!

Hey Andrew. I usually ride a 54, but it might be good enough. I'm about 5' 9" with average reach and inseam. Can't be too choosey anyway. What bike is it and I can do a little investigation to see what the size looks like.
