Hi all hoping someone one can help me out. My X season is 11 weeks away and am still just doing base training. When should i add in intervals and that type of training and what sort of things should i be doing.

The upside down bike in the vice trick is a great one, but make sure you twist the bike gently -- it gives you a lot of leverage. I tried this once and ended up shearing the post (alloy) off flush with the top of the seat tube.
