Training for sand cyclocross
Found this gem on the two john's podcast site. Gives me new tips and motivation for training on sand. I'd like to see that garlic and nato breath punishment used at a 'cross clinic

just reliving the fun with this video. no idea what that first smelly food is, but second is an okinawan shallot and third is nato, or fermented soybean.
