How important is bike weight?, How important is rider weight?

I know it's the rider not the bike, but I think I lost a little too much weight, I feel strong but the bike feels heavy.

Keeping your body in its top shape is much more important than bike weight. Most bikes are going to be 2-3 pounds of each other and 2-3 pound will not put you on or keep you off of the podium. only you with experience can tell what your optimum weight is.

thanks, All this stuff is starting to make sense . Think i'll go train now.

cheers.
