Is this for real?  I like Clement products and need some tires for the crazy dry conditions we're having here in Seattle, but 45 psi?  Does anyone ride these?  I usually ride my Challenge clinchers at 30-35 psi.

Thanks,

I have ridden my LAS clinchers as low as 32 psi on a grassy course with no rocks or sharp edges. I think that a lot of clinchers list a high minimum pressure for legal reasons. You see the opposite with road tires. Even though your average road clincher would be fine at 130+ psi, most manufacturers list a limit of 120 psi to cover themselves in the event of a failure.

Note: anyone who runs their road tires above 110 is silly.

i have run PDXs as low as 34psi and i'm 220lbs.  no problems whatsoever.

i'd imagine the LAS would fine.
