When the courses get on bumpy hard pack or hard grasss with the lumps, my body takes a beating.

The vibration also kills my power also.

Reducing tire pressure will slow me down , i usually 28 front and 30 rear tubulars.

any thoughts on how ro deal with this?

Correction

33 mm tubulars

28 psi front

30 psi rear

Lower your tire pressure.  I'm 185 lb and usually run 24/25 psi front/rear with no issues.  I go as low as 22 psi front/rear if it is muddy, sometimes lower.
