You don't need a Campy-specific outer chainring. Use any 110bcd you can find. FSA, SRAM, whatever...

Standard 110 rings will not fit a campy compact crank, one of the bolt holes is actually 111 or 112 in the grand campy tradition of PIA. Campagnolo is making a 46 compact ring for their new CX cranks, may be a while for replacement rings to be available.
