tread delaminating from tubbie

I've got a an expensive tubular where the rubber is delaminating from the casing in spots. What have you used to reglue that has held up?

one season and its a dugast.

I tried several different options but tubular glue seemed to work best. It dries flexible and sticks to both tread and casing.
