Paul
I typically do the tailwind series. I like the organization, and typically the races are at places that I like to ride. (that is the short version)

Thanks for putting all the time and effort into this event. I for one, loved the course and the atmosphere. It was one of my favorite events each year. I am sorry to see it go.

Sure thing Curt, I guess my question about different race organizations might open up a can of worms, I didn't mean it in a bad way though! The friend request is on the way...

I better not put my opinions up. If you want to send me a message I would be more than happy to tell you what I think. :)

To completely change the topic, what are the pros and cons of the Tailwind mountain bike series compared to the MMBA race series? I am working on getting a mountain bike and I am looking at the race locations in MI. I am in the Ann Arbor area so the Tailwind races are (generally) closer to me. Is there a huge difference in the quality of the courses, how the races are run, etc. between the two organizations? Any opinions would be helpful. If you could cherry pick the races, what are some I wouldn't want to miss?

If you'd like to test your own sweet 'cross skilz on snow don't forget the Versluis Snowcross is this Saturday, January 16, here in GR! Race starts at 12:30. There's a road start, a well-plowed course through the orchard, with good terrain, and a big party (warm and indoors) when it's all over. It's become quite a tradition here - you should check it out. If you have any questions on the where and when, let me know. You can now return to touting your personal favorites for Worlds. GO NYS! GO PAGE! GO TIM!

My predictions. If it is crappy conditions, Nys wins. No one can match his biking handling skills! If not Stybar could win but I think the way Nys is riding right now he could edge him out in any conditions.

Nys
Sybar
Albert

Page, has been riding well as of late. If he stays healthy, there's lots of mud, or a few key crashes and mechanicals.... maybe just maybe. I would like to see what Tim Johnson's form will be in Feb????
