As with the USAC Road Race, Time Trial and Criterium Championships, winners will be honored with the State Championship caps. These are beautiful wool cycling caps with "2009 State Cyclocross Champion" embroidered on the sides. You won't want to take this cap off!!!

The state championship should be the cyclocross event of the year. As long as everything goes as planned, we will be having a DJ, plenty of food to go around, and Bell's Xmas Ale on tap. Bring the family, friends, friends of friends and your cowbells. See you there!

Joe, it was my first CX race. I'm not sure if it was you, but one of you guys was nice enough to allow me access to his toolbox to make adjustments to my brakes. Thanks. We had a good time at the Fort and then headed down to Mexican Town for a little lunch. Thanks for a great first race. Feel free to use the video for any purpose. Jon

The fort people are telling me it's a possibility to spend the night in the old "HAUNTED" army barracks, full of ghots.

I'll see if we can get that opened up to racers!
