Page says Johnson took him out as revenge for bumping JPows earlier. I don't know, it just looks like Page went for a line where TJ already was in.....


Any other arm-chair quarterbackers out there got an opinion?

From what I understand Alpine is no more, that is as of end of last years ski season. Pine Knob/Mt. Holly I believe would be a no go. Although Pine Knob could be a great course, the management doesn't seem to have any interest in off season sports. I'll have to get Andy Brown to help twist some arms around there.

Gary, thanks! And thanks to everyone else that has cheering. When I was doing the SS race, I had nothing left in the tank. But getting on top of that hill and hearing all the folks screaming was awesome, and I was able to feed off of it lap after lap. I will have to say, if anything the night race made the fans more lively. So that in it's self lets you know it was a success!

I think the night race was a huge success! I screamed myself hoarse cheering for the SS, Masters and Elites. It was great 'cross weather too... All I gotta say is, Awesome!

Fun race!! Would have liked to climb the hill a few more times like last year instead of all the straights in the field!! Definitely a roadie course!! LOL!!

Agreed! Munson is not usually one of my favorite courses to race, but with the lights -- It is was fun! I especially like that the Elites went last this time so I was able to BS and enjoy a few beers after the Single speed race. I hope that Robert continues this "night race" in the future. However, I heard he had to rent the lights so I'm sure that was not cheap. It would be cool if one of us could find a place that may be willing to donate the lights to help keep the cost down and then they could be recognized as a sponsor???? Just a thought... Anyone got other ideas. It is up to us to help the promoters on both sides of the state any way we can to keep this beautiful sport alive and well in Michigan!
