Everybody here is still blabbing away about the race two days later. I walked into a LBS yesterday and some guy, who doesn't even do that much cross, was like, "hey man I was sick (sneezes all over me, thanks) or I woulda' raced. I hear that's a great time and there's soooo much swag!" And then he tells me how everyone finished because he's been checking the site and all the photo postings, and then he goes on about who's in what category and how everybody is a sandbagger, and why didn't so-and-so beat so-and-so, and so-on-and-so-forth until I had to kill him. That's when you know a race is a big success, when d-bags like that won't shut up about it and you have to take their life for the sake of the sport. This thing is going to be a classic for years to come if JB keeps brinin' it. It grew a lot this year, but next year I bet it EXPLODES!
