I think if they painted it purple people might lean towards calling it "Barney" ...... I know I would -LMAO ;-)

Gary, the Rhinos/Tailwind/Kinetic definitely put on a great clinic. My compliments to all who organized the event. It was great getting out and dusting off the cobwebs and honing the CX skills. I agree about the steepness of the stairs. That'll most likely cause bottlenecks and carnage galore. Ironically enough though... I think I had more trouble with the loose, sandy corner than anything else. :-/

Did they buy the orange paint? Since it's in Rhino-Land why not Paint it purple with yellow rails? Do they make purple outdoor carpeting? That would be sweet. And then you could call it the PURPLE PEOPLE EATER! Also, the profile is a bit like a Rhino. Maybe a horn sticking out of the stairs?

The clinic was a big success! I think everybody had fun, I know I did (despite my lack of 'cross skill and fitness) - at least I know where I stand!

Well, the Orange Crush had a successful debut. It's not bad but, going down the ramp with both feet unclipped... a little spooky. The Orange Crush may snap a steerer tube or two, before its reign of terror is done...

It was fun today guys. At least I know how bad I really am. The Crush definitely favors long legs and fast clip-ins. Won't make next week, two weeks in the caribbean, but i would honestly rather ride this. Have fun y'all. Made a GPS track of it so I can at least ride it on the trainer...

Check out the course previewof the "Mad Anthony CX Race", Saturday, October 17th. Bear in mind that most of the course is grass and dirt path, I just couldn't ride and hold the camera so I rode on the paved areas.
