Great for Stybar, but no Katie, no Nys, I wasn't off the couch cheering, and I didn't spill any Belgy Beer on the dog. Great job however for TJ with a respectable 14th!

Universal Sports won't broadcast the Worlds until noon. You can come to the expo, meet road, track, CYCLOCROSS national champions, hear some of the latest on the 2010 race scene (after 3 months of discussions, 2 meetings with parks & rec dept directors and a review of our proposal by the Mayor, Mad Anthony FINALLY rec'd approval for Sat Oct 23rd from the City of Detroit, ask me about it at the Expo), then you can head to Starbucks or any of about 30 buildings on campus with WiFi at noon and watch the Worlds. Plus, the Expo has an indoor riding track. I know I'll have my cx bike there!!!

It's GONNA BE HUGE!!!!!

Unfortunately I am going to miss the expo:(

The problem with the expo is missing the worlds. But with the chance to see it in kentucky in a few years, wow.

Paul, that's a great question and you should ask Kacey Manderfield that on Sunday at the MMBA Expo in East Lansing. She's a former US Cyclocross National Champion as well as a nat'l road race and track champion who has raced extensively in both the US and Europe:

the MEET THE PROS event starts at 1030am!

Will hosting the 2013 worlds make American cross more Euro or Euro cross more American? How will it change local attitudes and local races here in the US, any ideas?
