I'm looking for good routes or places to train in Seattle.  Any help would be appreciated!  :)

There are several groups that train in Woodland Park August-November. There are many good routes around the park with lots of offroad, runups, etc.

The Greenwood area has many gravel alleys that I like to do sprints through.

There's a 1km section of singletrack up on the Interurban Trail, Fremont Ave and 110th. Also good for sprints or dirt repeats.

Beyond that there are many road routes for longer rides (May Valley, Lake Washington, Edmonds) or MTB trails (Soaring Eagle Park on the East side). Also consider taking the Burke Gilman trail all the way around to the Red Hook brewery area where you can turn off to the Tolt Pipeline trail (more offroad, steep/hilly). I've ridden that even further into Carnation for a long 6-7 hour ride that's at least 2/3 offroad.

Thanks for the info!  I'm going to try several of those suggestions.  Tolt Pipeline Trail sounds like an interesting route I've never tried.  I ride on the Burke all the time, so I appreciate the off pavement suggestions immensely.  I need to practice more in variable terrain.  Thanks!
