Potential CX venue at Longview Lake in Lee's Summit

Does anyone out there have any connections with the folks who run Longview Lake? I went out to Longview Lake Beach on Raytown Road to check it out as a race venue. I was inspired by the thought of a beach sand feature instead of a volleyball court. The beach was behind locked fences but looked good from where I could see it. There are gates in the fence on either side of the beach area, which make for great entry and exit. There is grass between the sand and the gates.

The rest of the venue is great except for a little on the flat side. There is plenty of parking, wide pavement for a start/finish and staging, an open grass field intersected by a narrow paved bike path...all told very promising for a cx venue.
