Mike,

When you decide what fork is best if it is an Alpha Q CX10 ,,,,, I have a new one in the box uncut it would be $239.00 plus shipping. I ended up winning two forks and would like to sell one.

For fork suggestions see what people say about the Ridley forks and the Alpha Q CX series.

All the best

Two thing really matter, Rake & height. Rake is the distance the fork moves forward front the top of the blades to the bottom & length is the distance from the axle to the top of the blade. It doesn't matter if it is straight leg or curved, that's a design thing. If those 2 measurements are the same as the one you are taking off, the bike will basically handle the same. I am a huge fan of Alpha Q & Winwood for carbon forks. Wound Up makes a great one too but it is VERY STIFF!
