Hi all,
I have a base of about 9 hours of cycling a week from a road background and would like to make cyclocross a focus.
Any recommendations for a CX beginner's training plan? It would be great if we could cover a variety of perspectives. Seems like there is a spectrum from plans in books to online plans to full-blown coaching. Outside of attending a cyclocross clinic (already intend to do that!) what are your thoughts on good sources?
Chances are this topic was covered before but would be great to get latest views.
Thanks!

being a coach I'd love to advocate for hiring a coach - they really can make a difference - but I also think that a new rider put on almost any program that provides structure will benefit if the program is well designed...
