Campy cranks, worth it?

Contemplating the carbon or, gasp, aluminum campy crank (and super proprietary bb, which is extra). Worth it? Superior alternatives? Discuss

FSA Energy 50-34 and replaced the 50 with a 46

The new campy CX group is not too bad looking. Got some neat reviews.

The bottom bracket may be worth it too with "double seals". I love seals!

I have the alloy Campy CX11 version of the cranks.

No problems with it in 6 months use which includes commuting, bearings feel good still.
