second season of cross in the bag and loving it..first year was averaging two crashes per race., now i am getting the hang of it and can differentiate between a crash and a fall..only one CRASH this year...and much better results...though its hard to get to the front from the back row..have to register earlier!

my first...tried it on my 10 year old mountain bike..in 6 inches of mud after 4 days of constant rain..I SUCKED.pedaled really hard and went nowhere...but got an education!...finished second from last but was hooked..bought a cross bike that week.!!
other than that Mt.Washington counts as a highspot..
