Hey, do you know of any good online training logs and tools?

I did a pyramid interval session yesterday on my bicycle trainer and want to start recording my structured workouts. I'm sure there are some that come with bike computers and heart rate monitors, but I don't think I need all that gadgetry.

My requirements:
Something with a calendar
Infographics/charts
comments fields
records interval data (off time, on time, warm-up, cool-down), perhaps expressed as:
15 WU
5x2off/5on
10 CD
Total time, etc.
Preferably free of charge

I appreciate any leads you can forward!

Training Peaks, bro. www.trainingpeaks.com

I've never paid for it, but I've always had a coach that provided it free for me: www.ellistoncoaching.com
Training peaks basic is free. I haven't really played around with it since I have WKO+, but seems like it will do everything you described
Thanks for the tips! I found this one and it seems pretty cool. Comes with some cool community features and a twitter feed, too. http://www.strands.com/michaeldbeavers.
