My dad is just starting to get into 'cross on his commuter-style bike, but it's not really cutting it. He's ~5'7" and has a 30cm inseam, hasn't been fitted, but will probably be best off with a 52-54 cm bike. Make/model not so important, but not looking for something high-end. Let me know if you've got anything for sale!

52cm should be the biggest he gets with a 30" inseam and being 5.7. He might even go a size down to a 50 depending on the brand of bike.
