Unique. Incorporates running and ridding in the dirt on a short circut type course. The vibe at the races is relaxed.

New Shimano Pedals or Stick with Candy Crank Brothers

Anybody crossin on the new Shimano MTB pedal.  I have had some challenges with the Candy's last season but I am reluctant to drop the $$ on new Shimano's, but they look cool.  I am in Socal so no real issues with clogging. Suggestions?

Suspension Seatpost's?

Anybody tried a suspension seatpost before. I have a couple back surgeries behind me and was considering a Cane Creek after tonights ride.

Shimano Shoes for Cross?

Any input for best Shimano shoes for Cross. I ride in So Cal so no need for protection for hard core elements. I know the higher end shoes have carbon soles. Good or Bad idea for running? Any input is apprieciated.
